The Compliment of Personal Referrals
In May, 2014 I attended an excellent two day conference with bankruptcy attorney’s and their staff from all over the country. During the two days a variety of speakers gave presentations regarding leadership, office management, bankruptcy practice computer software and other topics of interest to bankruptcy lawyers. In addition to these excellent presentations there were a lot of good opportunities to talk with fellow bankruptcy practitioners about their practices. One particular speaker provided a presentation on the importance of personal referrals. This provoked a lot of discussion among those in attendance at lunch and other breaks on what each of us were doing to ensure that our client’s experiences would result in personal referrals. This provided another opportunity for me to consider not only the reasons that consistently, month in and month out, nearly 50% of those who consult with an attorney at Kinkade & Associates are referred by family, friends, co-workers, neighbors or other professionals they come in contact with, but what I could do to make each client’s experience at Kinkade & Associates even more positive, not only seeking to meet but exceed each client’s expectations.
The single reason this is important to us at Kinkade & Associates is very simple and straight forward; once a client hires us our sole focus is the client and delivering to the client the individualized personal service necessary to provide the greatest possible opportunity for a fresh financial start. From our first contact with you our only mission is to assist you. During your free initial in-person consultation with a local attorney we provide to you a thorough and complete analysis of your current financial situation. During the consultation you will receive personalized advice from an experienced Kinkade & Associates about your debt relief options. We do not give “one size fits all” advice or limit your options for our benefit. Once you hire us we work with you on every step of the necessary process to prepare your case. I oversee and I am involved with the work of every Kinkade & Associates staff person you will have contact with or who will work on your behalf. I personally stay in touch with you and I am available to answer your questions or address any concern that may arise. We continue to provide personalized attention to you through the completion of your case. Let’s be candid, why would you want to settle for anything less?
I am always very appreciative when I see that a new client has scheduled a consultation with Kinkade & Associates as a result of a of personal referral. I firmly believe that the greatest compliment a client can pay us is to refer to us their family, friends, co-workers and others we may be able to assist. I also firmly believe that the compliment of a personal referral is validation that we not only achieved for that client the best possible outcome but that we achieved that outcome with the greatest amount of personal attention, compassion and professionalism possible. I know our clients appreciate and value the level of service and excellence in service that we provide at Kinkade & Associates. They are pleased to tell their friends and family about us.
If this is the kind of service and personal attention you would be interested in receiving I would invite you to call and schedule an appointment to meet with us to talk about your financial situation. The attorneys at Kinkade & Associates welcome the opportunity to meet with you personally to discuss your situation and provide you with detailed personalized information about the options that are best suited to your family’s circumstances.
If you have any questions about how we may be of assistance to you and your family please contact us through our web site or give us a call to schedule your free no obligation initial consultation with an experienced local bankruptcy attorney.
